December 21, 2010 at 8:39 pm #1232914AnonymousHi Poly ,
Strangely no i havent , i kept meaning to but just never got round to it . I think maybe i should as the lengths the judges and courts are trying to screw him i guess there must have been alot of truth to them . HHmmm i dont think he will see any fair justice do you ?regards
MungoDecember 21, 2010 at 8:44 pm #1232925Time will tell. He’s on BBC radio today.
December 21, 2010 at 8:46 pm #1232915AnonymousHi Poly ,
What do you think about it all ?regards
MungoDecember 21, 2010 at 8:51 pm #1232918Don’t really see what the fuss is all about tbh. I mean, what have we learned from this whole thing: the leader of North Korea is a mad bastard, Prince Andrew is an imperialistic twat who wants to see the return of the empire, Berlusconi is a sex-crazed mafioso, the yanks hate everyone and aren’t to be trusted, David Cameron lacks substance. It’s hardly earth-shattering stuff, and not news at all to anybody in the international diplomatic community.
I’d be interested to know what this “super leak” is that’s apparently gonna get uploaded if Assange is sent down.
December 21, 2010 at 8:56 pm #1232916AnonymousHi cheeseweasel ,
Your right and anyway we know all politicians and governments are corrupt ….so no shock there :-O . I guess like Poly says we will wait and seeregards
MungoDecember 21, 2010 at 9:22 pm #1232930the lastest leaks show that dick chaney walked out of the whitehouse with 50 million made directly from the war in iraq and afganistan, from before ( google colateral murder) the person who leaked the video got found out and is in prison, there have been no charges against anyone involved in the incident
December 21, 2010 at 9:30 pm #1232926I see why there is fuss personally.
December 21, 2010 at 9:39 pm #1232919Yeah, think I read about that guy in the Independent last wk, he’s been in solitary for 7 months. He’s looking at a 52 year prison sentence. Guy’s only 23 too. Fucks sake, that’s longer than a murderer would get sentenced to.
Actually, just found the article here.
Edit: Actually I guess you’re on about someone else, but its still mad how this guy’s been banged up for leaking documents to Wikileaks and no fuss has been made about him
December 21, 2010 at 9:42 pm #1232927December 21, 2010 at 9:51 pm #1232921This happens with dimonds/gold etc. aswell. Any presious resorce is worth while being monitored by the clever business men/women “pushing” them as supply and demand can be used to the advantage of the monopliser in this exact way.
December 21, 2010 at 9:57 pm #1232917AnonymousHi Poly ,
Sounds familiar , the IRA blew up the buses and bus depots so every one had to use their taxies and they took control of the drug trade in the end . Anything to fund their war , so Taliban are no different . And like Daftfader said about diamonds and gold , even rubber at one point . When ever there is a valuable comodity found in shall we say a less developed country ……trouble and war is sure to follow .regards
MungoDecember 21, 2010 at 9:59 pm #1232931i think i read he’s doing 12 years in yeman, but you can check it on the colateral murder link
December 22, 2010 at 8:59 am #1232928I applaud this guy..
Julian Assange is one of only a very small number of good guys in this world who are prepared to risk their own lives to make the world a freer and fairer place.

No its the same guy alright, we’ve got one hell of an enemy you know.
Assange has to be really brave to be doing this LT LUNA, knowing what they will do to get a conviction or have you silenced.December 22, 2010 at 3:13 pm #1232929@cheeseweasel 412664 wrote:

That most of this is no surprise is true, but before these leaks were made public they were only suspicions. Now that we have our suspicions proved right to the point where nobody could try to weasle (pardon the pun) out of them is the real coup here.
Everyone know politicians say one thing in public and another in private but the fact that this has been laid bare for all to see is the real game changer.
