There must be some artists here. I’m very interested in seeing anything any body has to share. I’m a musician myself, and I used to be quite good at drawing and painting when I was younger but I gave it up to devote my time to music and am pretty shoddy at it now. I’d say I’ve lost my touch 😐

January 5, 2009 at 12:44 pm #1190546i did something for the big green gathering when i was at collage doing my art corse, im good with charcol and finger painting too (who needs brushes when you have your fingers and nails) but i dont have anything i cna really share all my work latley has been shot and the rest has been lost or destroyed from moving about a lot :hopeless:
(and no thats not an excuse like when a skater says ”yeh im awesome at skating, but i cant right now ive hurt my ankle” lmfao)

I really like sculpture too because its also quite hands on.

Well I’m not much of a visiual artists but I play Guitar, ukulele, drums, and I’m working on harmonica. The guitar though is by far my biggest strength. For the most part I play blues and rock but I’ve been dabbeling in everything these days even trance and house music. I’ve been trying to get a group together but here in maine most people who play anything are just hobbyists so for now I just make little 8-track recordings and go to a local bars and jam out with the house band, a lot of the time I even get tips :satisfied which is very cool. I’ve been thinking about moving down to boston for the bigger music scene.

I paint when i get the inspiration but that only happens every few months, last painting i done was of a mushroom cupped in someones hands with aload of multicoloured flames coming out of it, got some UV paint incorporated into it as well. The flames spelt my mates name only if you looked at it closely.I’m more of a sketcher though.
Once i have my comp back i will post some pics, but for time being im at work! January 21, 2009 at 1:08 am #1190543I used to quite enjoy sketching, but these days I love photography, I’m not amazing or anything but hope to get better when I have the time. There are too many “photographers” just taking photos of themselves though.
