got to agree with u there, my dads oldest mate joined up, hes now a sgt, but is sick off all the shit that goes on, he always get lumbered with bollox, even got told if he lost his norfolk accent he’d be more likely to get promoted. he wants out now too.

spose the atmoshpere comes first for me, but for a top party it has to b a mixture of a gud vibe happy ravers decent beats and a beautiful location to explore with my buddies without worrying bout gettin mugged!!!

yeah most definately all of the above (spot-on tunes, class friendly folk, good bit of wedge in me pocket and enough peeps to have a nice little mosh-up, gorgeous surrondings, funny/bizarre shit happening etc)
plus whatever i manage to forget!
cos there’s always something i wish i’d brought! (like stove, munch, more bud etc.)

i think it comes down to teh crew organising, if they take what they re doin seriously, and have thought abotu what might go wrong, and what might make it better, then you’re halfway there.

crews who dont think enough about ssite location, water supply, health n safety ( as in, no deathtraps!) rarely put on good raves imo. and if they go the extra mile and supply chill-out area, and some decor to brighten things up with, more to the good.

i’m sick of turning up at sites that are near houses, and contain three rigs pounding out the same fucking techno mixes, with no variety all night. drives me nuts. waste of a good rave.
