thats a possibility next time im out in nature im gonna study cows harder, and try and make them talk, maybe give them some tokes, some how, not really up for blowbacks, (bit slobbery) also they might chew my face off as they crave “grass” so much

When inexperienced party goers fuck up parties, it is v frustrating for people who work hard to keep things low-key (trashin police cars, gassin on the web, whatever). Maybe some of the new wave of ravers arn’t really aware of the implications of windin the OB, or the nature of the surviellence society we are now operatin in. Maybe there ought to be a sticky thread on ‘comedy basics of the party scene 4 newbies’, of wotever age.
But in the end it is the behaviour we should condemn.
Who said ‘Youth is wasted on the young’, can’t remember (alzhiemers, i guess) :groucho: S’probly right tho… i certainly ‘wasted’ mine.:wink:

nice work? have you read the thread mate? both younger and older members voiced their disagreement… and did it well.
perhaps there wouldn’t be so much trouble from OB of the “scene” hadn’t had its shit-sides throughout its 20 years, no? and yeah, cos it’s every young person trashin OB cars…
no young people at parties will mean that its an exclusive scene and will inevitably die.

no-one is slagging you off, just showing why your opinion was a bit misguided. I think enough younger members have shown their maturity by giving measured, balanced replies

seriously though, even in my youth i had some sense of integrity and social awareness, of course I made mistakes and might have overdone things at some stages in my life, but I managed not to fuck my life up totally and burn out too soon… the secret is being able to pace yourself..

What l dislike is mobile phone / txt talk.

sounds rather paranoid – why would people slag you off for expressing an opinion –
This is why i love PV – a chance to hear others and share my views – and in doing this maybe change the way I see somethings – as I’m OFTEN wrong…………………
back to the origional idea of this thread – I think the ‘young uns’ who are here regularily seem cool and bring interesting views and fun to PV,
The ‘wankers’ are often in and out as they dont get the answers they want (party wise) and they are of all ages IMHO

Even so I occasionally use them in my posts..
When I actually am at a party or with friends I tend to speak in “Estuary English” (the accent usually associated with London, the SE and some parts of East Anglia) and use a lot of slang terms.
I look fairly young compared to my real age and I am often usually mistaken for “one of those teenage chavs” or the sort of “Asian wideboy youth” you see hanging around streets in East London, I am actually used to being viewed in real life as “yet another dodgy teenager…”

There is no need to get on ur high horse wi me. I wrote ‘ it is the behaviour we should condemn’.
To be clear about that, so u don’t misunderstand me again (lol!), i will be more explicit.
It is the behaviour we should condemn, not the background (age, colour, religion, etc) of the miscreant.
