Mine was Hinkly point power station, mutant dance. I think i was about 15 cant quite remember, i do remember there being lots of Acid & Buses and the techno didnt switch off for 2 days! woop!

IDB like a few months ago, somewhere around bridge. next time I’m going to dress as a man and paint on a false moustache so I can evade the irritating grinders 😐 its annoying when you just want to dance and some stranger latches onto you like an octopus.

haha!! 😉 not quite, it was a few weekends before he forced me to go to O2.. and he’s much nicer to hug than an octopus.

they were good parties such a shame the nta disbanded,

August 12, 2011 at 12:51 pm #1242973First rave I went to was in Poddington in 2007, Best party I’ve ever been to and none have topped it. Came to PV shortly afterwards! There is a video of it, dunno whether to post it up (although it’s been five years and no one is incriminating themselves in it so its probably okay!) :love:

as long as theres no rig banners car reg plates etc, i cant see there being an issue

how did they manage that? in my experience many Northerners are even above Londoners and Imelda Marcos for having multiple pairs of shoes…

I think (though I am not 100% and no one has ever bothered to check out not even rig owners) that after 5 years the statute of limitaitons runs out for the offence of holding a licensable event without a license – as the legal argument is there was plenty of time to prosecute and its not a major crime like murder or GBH…
Certainly I’ve not heard in England of people being busted for events over 5 years ago,. but in France they nicked people comparatively recently for illegal raves held in the 1990s..

I don’t think thats incriminating anyone as TBH everyone from that crew got into hard driugs and is now banged up, addicted to drugs or even dead. Thames Valley police are of course well aware of this as they had to pick up the pieces (and that is why they can be a bit arsey about raves every so often..)

dont ask! ive known a couple of people who have refused to wear shoes/trainers/sandels/flip flops, and they are ALL bonkers!
my advice is too never trust a man who dosent wear shoes, and certanly do not follow said man half way up the country!
