is that sometimes not a bit similar, or in the eyes of society even worse, as at least those kids have (presumably) paid their bus fares?
Don’t get me wrong, real gang activity and aggression towards strangers must be dealt with by the Police if necessary, but a bit of loud speech and crap music isn’t a big problem IMO..
when I was 14-15 me and my mates were all a bit loud on the bus…

Over the years I have come across a lot of customers who don’t even seem to really want or need the product, but just want to complain about something and seem to enjoy having “power” over a supplier more than a constructive business relationship.
This seems to be more common in England, in my experience I’ve found foreign customers (particularly Germans and Danish people) to be more willing to solve a problem together and reach a consensus solution.
But these days its easy enough to work out the extra admin costs the cause, in some cases the cost of dealing with constant and unjustified complaints wipes out the profit on the sale and the customer still remains dissatisfied – its often works out better for both parties for the customer to go elsewhere!
IMO its definitely the case that Middle Aged/Middle England types are becoming more rude – yet they are the ones who complain about the “decline in politeness” in this country..
