i came up with this name years ago, wanted to make a login name that just said “mash” then didnt notice that i wasnt in the actual login typed in my password which had “vie” at the end, voila, Mashvie and since noone seems to use it, it comes in pretty useful 😀

gutted i used to have this amazing rasta hat that i got from a friend who’d been to jamaica which i left on a train….i realised that id taken my hat off to get my stash out of it and skin up on the train an forgotten so i turned to watch the doors close an my hat head to dalgetty bay or something. gutting

Blimey – that’s wierd you mentioning him.. was playing a game round a friends the other day & I thought of him as an answer to a question – then remembered he’s a philosopher not an artist & now this is the 3rd day running his name has cropped up – & I really don’t move in the circles that would mention him every day – spooky

Well, I run a political blog site http://www.parrotboy.co.uk (plug plug plug) which started off as a column for a mates site. I needed an alias to write under and picked ParrotBoy because, as with most writers when they start out, I was just regurgitating things other people said.

I’ve moved on from there now, but the name’s stuck, despite the fact it gives people the impression I’m younger than I am! I like it tho, and I’ve got a cool little parrot made in illustrator who will soon by decorating my sites pages 🙂

I started getting grey hair when I was quite young, like 15 or so. And I always wanted to be a swashbuckler so SIlvermane it was

On the unicyclist fora I post as MrBoogiejuice which came from a fun filled evening of mushrooms and dancing.

Only just noticed the idiosynchrocy that on a free party forum I use a uni related name and on the uni ones I use a party related one.

Its my nickname. Not cause I drink too much (although I do) but evolved from ginger benjamin. My mates knew I hate benjamin, so it was benja-ginger-minge for a while, before slowly becoming binja-minge, then Binge, as these things tend to do when you’re stoned all the time.

More people know this than my real name though……

My screen name is also my nickname, everyone who knows me I’m known as AngelFlame (Angel for short) and a few people know my real name (parents, family, close friends etc)
