i was at a party in countryside house a while back, and a bat flew in thruu the patio, it circled the lightbulb like four times, really controlled, then pelted itself into the curtain. my mate who was used to this, jane, picked it up with herhand behind it, thumb underneath the body, two middle fingers on top and twooutside fingers under the wings to spread them out. was one of the most amazing things ive seen in my life. theyve got little bulldog faces, and their fur is really soft.
my first girlfreind fucked off to veitnam to count bats in the rainforest to prevent the govenment building a motorway. she knew a stupid ammount about them. bats rule. theres loads in the village im in.
if u wanna see em, go to water and shine a torch across it at night. it will attract moths, and bats will swoop into your beam to eat em. you heard it hear first (or third)

juicy redness is great, stawberries are nice too! thats a pretty diverse base you have in your location hun, whats gwan there?
April 6, 2006 at 8:08 pm #1069265Hey use;)
The saga continues…I hate arguments in general, especially when I’m not sure what the hell they’re about…wish I was out dancing!..
As for the diverse basage….Cardiff is my uni town and new adoptive home (great place) Nottingham is where my dad lives and where I grew up. And beautiful Cornwall is where my mum lives (so when I stay with her I get to pretend I have a cornish holiday home yay!). Whereabouts are you from?April 6, 2006 at 8:13 pm #1069253Anonymoussurrey originally, uni in bristol, left there to live in brighton, and currently chillin at my mums in france. so i see where ur comin from! its nice having different places to stay, i havent found my ideal location yet, but if move about, im happy. if i stay in one place i feel like it repesents me, and that gets on my tits (especially in surrey, i hjave a big chip on my shoulder from growing up in the land of pretentious middle class horror. nice for picnics tho!)
April 6, 2006 at 8:20 pm #1069266definitley true, like your a bit of a nomad! so are you well into your music then?what stuff do you like? I like tacky dance stuff at the moment (that’s probably embarassing)like Hi-Tack etc but before that I’ve always been into stuff like The Deftones or Tool.
April 6, 2006 at 9:17 pm #1069254Anonymousmore into my visuals. but i do likeraving to bit of dnb, jungle, techo or trance, in that order. and hiphop and folk are what i like mixing should anyone be foolish enough to let me behind the dex.
not a nomad nesseccarily, just havent found the right spot to chill. bristols my fav place so far….
do like a bit of punky ska thype rock shit, saw the deftomes at reading way back when they were well good, got my eyebro ring ripped off in the crowd, didnt notice till i wondered were all the blood came from. thats a good gig in my book. also rancid, monster magnet, pitchshifter, dust jumkies and silver chair put on good shows. not my cup of tea these days, not a big fan of distortion inmy tunes.
