There’s been anticipation in the air for weeks, building up to this night … and a stellar cast of beautiful freaks with Hulk hands and a bizarre array of miniature street signs hit the floor for a body-melting 7-hour musical extravaganza from Simon Shackleton (aka Elite Force).

In this set, there are occasional moments when a more recognisable Elite Force sound from the past few years breaks above the parapet, but in the main this is all about progression, about the journey, about pacing yourself to see the night through.

At 6am, with the lion’s share of participants still on the floor, big broad smiles etched across each & every face, this was another One Series to die for.
