everywhere else oil companies drill they have to comply with health and safety regulations much more closely (hence why there has been no similar fuckup on the North Sea) but in America their government refuse(d) to stand in the way of business (to be fair this oil well was there long before Mr Obama..)
And whilst its a shame about all those fishermen and their businesses, all their boats didn’t look like sailboats and they were all driving up to their work in big cars.. all those things need fuel..
perhaps its nature saying “you want more oil? I’ll give you lot more fucking oil than you can ever deal with!!”
