im kinda glad that police forces do have some kind of independence on policies etc. in sheffield they are fairly sound, so long as there arent any noise complaints they seem to let the party continue, it works, there’s not any trouble, people are left till the party is over and can clean up etc. would be a shame if they did decide to go zero tollerance, as it is likely to provoke the kind of reaction police forces have been recieving in other parts of the country.
