Vodka and Tonic is way less than Bitter/Ale, and I don’t have tonic, and always drink the strongest (normally higher calorie) ales.
Also, I know it’s not a huge gap, but I drink waaaay too much, and whilst I’m cutting down this is a good way to help I think.
you see I can see the calories in baileys but it doenst generally enter my head and sheet….. i do like my ciders!!!
and must be taking on far far too many calories every week! hope my mental attempts at zumba help!!!

my sis used to be funny and do weight watchers after the babys and save her points up so she could ‘use em’ on alcohol!!!
