This is from unity tribe in 2010 – submitted to Breckland Council in Norfolk. its in fact a public document but I’ve put it on here to try and keep Gavin’s info slightly more private (his home address and phone number is on there!) – might be of use to folk wanting to know what goes into a license app..

July 25, 2011 at 9:27 am #1242456want I should take his personal info off the file and reload it?
July 25, 2011 at 9:53 am #1242454Could do so but the thing is that his name is very distinctive and comes up on his footy club site and many other places and anyone googling it will eventually be led back to the original document…
Also although the event management plan might be useful, I don’t think Gavin did himself any favours TBH – he basically delegated all the “boring” stuff to Event guard who are a private security company what work very closely with the Police.
I’ve got another doc from the Police which has RESTRICTED still on it and stillitoe/battenburg pattern all over it (so not sure if I should be putting it online at all) but its a statement between eventguard and a copper and EG are openly working with the cops to try and catch drug users and asking them to supply more kit like ANPR
other letters say that Gavin ignored emails from Eventguard – of course I don’t know if he did or didn’t but round here there is a tendency to simply ignore “bad news”..

ignoring bad news not a good way to run an event but a quick way to ruin it….ho hum
July 25, 2011 at 10:25 am #1242455when that dude keeled over from drugs at the 2010 event I had to find a update on his condition from the old bill and the EDP24 website – everyone involved just clammed up and refused to discuss it on farcebook or anywhere else, when instead they should have at least made a statement to media wishing the casualty a quick recovery and thanking the Air Ambulance crew, Eastamb and other NHS staff…
the casualty made a full recovery but it seemed a bit crap that I had to find that from a Police press release TBH…
July 25, 2011 at 10:50 am #1242458Thats bad press management – bet it went down a treat with the feds…
