Did your party holiday in the sun turn into a nightmare because you got
caught out with drugs abroad?Did you fall foul of laws that are much stricter than you expected & police
that are much rougher than at home? Was it a case of ‘everyone’s doing it’ so you thought the law would turn a
blind eye till you found out different?Or did even you end up taking something that made you ill and you ended up
hospital?Would you tell your story for a BBC 3 documentary to warn others about the
dangers of taking drugs in a foreign country. We’re looking for ordinary, everyday young people (under25s) who went on
holiday for a good time and made stupid mistake that had scary consequences. Please get in contact here via the thread or PM or use my email Victoria@specialeditionfilms.com

February 10, 2010 at 2:02 pm #1222926an american guy who lived in my town got caught with weed in thailand and was in thai prison for ages then got bailed after awhile by the american government.
February 10, 2010 at 3:08 pm #1222919I’ll do it. i got banged up in Hawaii for a two year stint. If you fly me over there for two weeks all expenses paid for i’ll tell you exactly how it went down.
February 10, 2010 at 3:14 pm #1222927Aloha Hawaii, i need to go there!
February 10, 2010 at 3:23 pm #1222916I already pay taxes for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to warn people about this, and there are plenty of warnings as it stands on forums like this (which do not take any taxpayers money) as well as the BBC..
I’m not a xenophobic/racist form of nationalist (far from it, I’m English but not white) but I believe every world nation has the right to its sovereignty and individual cultures and laws and its up to visitors to find out themselves what they are, to obey them and if not to live with the consequences
ironically programmes like this although made with good intent merely stir up xenophobia as many people want to use a foreign country as a playgroundm they disagree with their drugs laws and then whine like fuck when they get busted – IMO if you can’t handle a countrys laws then vote with your feet and either don’t go there on holiday, or accept them and don’t do drugs!
