For food you can
A) Steal it from a supermarket.
B) Skip it from the bins behind the supermarket.
For petrol you can….
A) Steal plates off a similar car from a scrappy replace yours then fill your tank and drive off.
B) Steal it from a truck when the driver is asleep (only if your car is diesel)
