probably not, as the red button turns out to be a “green” button – instead the ground opens up at Greenland, a great big flag appears with “BANG! PAN! PLOF! (and similar words in all EU languages) like a toy gun from the old days, whilst at the North sea gas flares, a special gas is discharged containing certain chemicals so that everyone in Europe and former USSR countries gets the mindset to throw all their rifles and other weapons into the gutter, and to to ground all the airplanes, but keep plenty of space in the aerodromes, because they decide instead “lets have a big party” (and aerodromes are a good place to make a noise).

That way, it does not matter if the button colour is confused..
