Went and played some football today, was tough, haven’t played for ages and haven’t bothered to keep my cardio in check so I’m a bit sluggish now on the ball….which don’t matter cause I’m a keeper so I don’t need.to run anywhere lol

had another 5.30am epiphany… after taking mxe that we are all 1, and that we are all brothers and sisters of consciousness and that nothing truly matters as life is a gift. i also had some imagery of a mycelium network and that we are the fruiting bodies (mushrooms!) that come up through the ground. from above ground we all look separate, we exist in our own separate space, but invisible to the eye, underground, we are all connected, we are one.

A guy who used to live opposit me used to fix up cars for a hobby and to sell. He had several that went “DA NA NAA NAA NAAA NA NA NA NAA NAA NAAA NAA”

I found a burglar alarm reed switch whilst moving some stuff about, this is perfect in its case to use for the circuit I built to mute the studio speakers if I turn up the mic channel – looks slightly better than the loose reed switches I was using previously. in fact its larger size is a bonus – it also acts as a barrier to stop me knocking the fader open through clumsiness
