You do have to do some (easy) basic English and Maths class but only to GSCE level. They do this at my work too for the young healthcare staff (it was called Key Skils but may now be something else). it is not a bad thing.

Its fairly easy and means you can still get in if you flunked your GCSEs in this subject, or your first language is not English and is there so even if you can’t get a day job in the creative industries you can in others.

it might even be worth Daftfader applying to them to become a teacher – even if Barnet is something he lacks 😉 he could grow a good moustache or even beard, I was looking at some old skool sound engineering training material last night and both are seen as signs of wisdom or authority.
