December 27, 2006 at 1:41 am #1096734R.I.P James Brown. A soul legend :flowers:
December 27, 2006 at 7:24 pm #1096730A man I consider a hero, James Brown brought soul and RnB to a wider crowd and brought some moves that even some people cannot grasp today.
Many, many vocalist and artists were infulenced by him and he is at the top end of the chain of music genres that brought us to many of the styles that we have today.
Truly, rest in peace James Brown. You will deffinately not be forgoten and have been a called a legend for a long time anyway.
My deepest sympathy to his family and I will be playing at a house party in Northampton for new years, I will be playing a few tunes from Mr Brown himself on 12″ as a tribute to his life and death.

January 2, 2007 at 6:59 pm #1096731Not every one is perfect, why can’t they just let you rest in peace.
