welcome back 🙂 – BTW to put peoples minds at rests it is extremely unlikely that someone posting from a smartphone to here would be the main reason a party got shut down.
Cops across UK do have some surveillance to see who is doing raves but its just monitoring facebook and forums to see who brags about stuff and to try and discourage raves before they happen – unless they suspect a rave crew of being involved in other crimes like large scale dealing (then of course they will use heavier surveillance)
if they close down a rave which is already in progress some hours after it has started this is only because something very low tech has happened, a local resident doesn’t agree with the rave and has called 999.
