well tbh i think if youngsters are goin ravin takin drugs, is probaly better, safer, and more fun than drinking cider in the park….

BTEC higher (or professional) national diplomas, certificates, awards they are degree level equivalent
i’m doin level 3 at the moment, equivalent of a-levels, a national diploma
i aint doing level 4 tho
