If its a baked potato, I recommend stabbing it a few times and microwaving it. depending on how big/heavy it is, it should take between 11-15 minutes.

A rough guide is:

Potato size: 500g

Time to cook: 13.00minutes (give or take)

OK, they can’t bake so can’t do bread or roasted, but they are VERY healthy and can cook just about anything else.

I’ll go through a pack of 12 Rennie’s in a day or 2 if i get major heart burn, can’t afford to buy them all the time so sometimes am rolling about in agony when it strikes and i can’t get any. 😥

Do you drink a lot of beer? because I think most of my heart burn comes from beer. I don drink a lot of beer any more and its got a lot better.
