know_hope is really quite full of banter on here, when i met him he was the just the nicest guy compared to on here aha. probably when i see you next it will be more like on here now that we have already met. on a more rant type note, my auntie is sleeping in the conservatory so i cant go out the back for a spliff 🙁 sad times indeed

Off up the hospital as my shoulder’s totally gone. Every time i move it more then an inch there’s horrible crunching/cracking noises and it feels like it’s gonna pop out the socket! … 😥

they recon it might be arthritis :s … but i don’t think it is … i’m sure it’s joint hyper extension. gonna get some x-rays done and get referred to a specialist as it’s been happening once every few weeks for the last few months gradually getting worse and worse each time.

sounds bad :/, hope you’re ok. i’d suggest seeing an osteopath… obviously i’m biased, but i think they’re really good for these things.
