Night time insomnia when you least need it!
I’m the world’s smallest fan of it.
I have potentially the biggest interview of my life tomorrow with a major IT hardware vendor for a fantastic opportunity and can I sleep the night before? Can I bollocks.
It’s too late to take anything either, not that I want too, as I have to present for 20 minutes on 3 huge topic areas and need to be with it completely. No room for a Spud style interview (though one day I will do that on principle!!!).
I still have to do at least 2-3 practice rounds on it too.
Ironically, if I don’t get this job it doesn’t REALLY matter as I have a job starting next Wednesday at a bank which is a good enough job in itself.
But I really want this job I’ve got the second, panel based interview for tomorrow.
Presentation is completed now even though I am shite at powerpoint. I just wanted to share my rage with someone.
Alarm set for 7am, might change it to 8am – if I get a good four hours I’ll be golden. I can sleep at the weekend. Or, more likely, get shitfaced and high.
