Getting woke up this morning at oh my god its early time , cos some idiot decided they wanted a brew and used a paraffin block stove to brew up ……..thanks mate !!!!!!. Fire alarm went off as they do and every body in the building had to stand out in the rain . I don’t think his mister popular at the moment !!!!!! .regards

ahaha never! i have an ickle puppy, who is better trained and cuter than a child.

May 8, 2011 at 12:20 pm #1129250Thats precisely why I don’t have any – I don’t mind kids provided they are someone elses and they clear up after them :laugh_at: – but with 10 000+ live births per year in Ipswich alone (nearly 200 per week) I don’t think the human race will go extinct if I don’t have kids..
People always comment on how I still look a lot younger than my actual age and am relatively carefree and less stressed compared to others of my age group…

to be fair, i look after my cousin alot and i love him, he’s so cute and well-behaved. but alot of children (a few in particular that i see on a regular basis) are awful, and i think it’s mostly down to the parents. you need to discipline a child so that when you say no, they listen to you. and you give them a routine, you don’t let them go to bed whenever they want (e.g. i think letting a 6 year old go to be at 11.30pm is really bad).i just don’t see the benefit of having a child 😐 fair enough to the people that do and love them n all that but i’d rather spend all that money on a porche or in tiffany’s.

May 8, 2011 at 12:37 pm #1129251also had I been “normal”, got into a long term relationship in my 20s and fathered a child, I would now be a dad of a teenager or pre-teen and I’d have a real dilemma with stuff like drugs and booze, as it would be hipocritical to tell a kid “just say no” after my youth but I also am aware of how many liberal parents have ended up with their kids suffering bad health problems as there are way more drugs than even the 90s..

Funny what you just said as i had a conversation with lad of our age whose kids are in their teens , same dilemma . I guess you can only warn them , think just like we did we only learn from our own mistakes . Teens usually don’t listen as we are classed as old and so wouldn’t know about these thing and of course they know it all lol …………..now i sound old lolregards
