Have experienced a few things along this rocky road, but that’d definitely keep me busy for a while mefinks :weee: But most of my bestest ideas turn out to be a) immoral [ie kidnap] b)illegal [erm, kidnap again i guess ( c) almost certain to cause death [either by aggravated kidnap, or maybe quite literally bonkin someone’s brain out – don’t know for sure that last one is actually illegal?!]

drank to much yesterday probably made a tit of myself on here and feel rough as fuck. Wake up to a phone call telling me dads been called into hospital over his blood test and needs to have more tests done asap. He has been ill for about 3 weeks thinking it was the flu but now it seems almost certain that its his cancer. And we were always told he will be fine untill he starts to get ill and then the cancer wont give him long to live.

So lost the love of my life and now about to lose my father. Who would have thought the world could fall apart so quickly.

hope your dad is alright! a year ago, my uncle sort of thing was diagnosed with cancer and given 3 months to live but he made it to this past sunday. the body is miraculous, so look for the positives.

remember – what do you have controll over?
do you have controll over your dads illness?
or how you spend time with him ??

and the opportunity tell him how you are feeling and struggeling with the situation? dont forget he knows who you are and that his illness is gonna affect you – despite you (no doubt trying to hide it) be strong – look after yourself and your loved ones –

we are here for you to shout out at :group_hug:group_hug dont burn your brigdes with home when you prob need them xx

:group_hug thanks TG, going over to see him again tonight hopefully there will be more news today. Its always possible its unrelated to his cancer, just not that likley I dont think. He is having a CAT scan this morning so hopefully that will bring good news.
