            Hi Daftfader ,
            Cheers mate i didnt realise i was a wise monk …..although i have a monks patch on the back of my head that seems to get bigger every month ……its a sign !!!!!

                haha. when I first started learning martial arts the dude who’s treaching me (who i’ve known since i was a kid) said “you’ve allready got the monks hairstyle” :laugh_at:

                            I have picked up the notorious Mid Suffolk lurgi and for the last two days i have been suffering with “griping in the guts” [1] – I have spent half the weekend on the loo – to add to a variety of annoying minor health problems I have had since the start of 2011 (at least I am not as ill as some of my work colleagues)

                            [1] the modern term for this is gasteroenteritis but I thought the old medieval definition seemed much more appropriate…

                                            cheers everyone. Slowly feeling better but its a good thing I hadn’t been partying hard, I expect I would be in Heath Road by now..

                                            Just found out you need to be CRB checked even to volunteer for Cats Protection. WTF? Just because I meow at them doesn’t mean I’m encouraging them to get into other folks houses and rob watches, phones and other small but valuable items through catflaps.
