i think.. if you’ve got respect for your students, they’ll respect you back. my psych teacher is such a babe. he jokes around and treats us like equals, so everyone just loves him. i have this thing where.. adults shouldn’t get just expect respect from me because they’re adults, if they’re not going to give it then they’re not going to receive it. simple. 8)

Hi Harr!et ,
Well said and i agree , age is just a number . It doesn’t always make people more knowledgeable , it’s experience that counts . And every one here on this site has different experiences and knowledge , no one knows everything . So treat every one as an equal and never be afraid to listen to advice from others , wether they are younger or not . One of my old bosses always said , a boss is only as good as his team . This man was god as far as i and every one else was concerned , shit hot at his job but always ready to listen to a suggestion and if it was good use it ….and give you credit …..god rest his soul . Nice bloke one in a million if only all bosses were the same 🙂
