no one said revolution in first bit of the 1990s, they were all too busy getting pilled up and enjoying music, hedonism and new technology and freer media.

the “revolution” bit only happened in mid 90s when Spiral Tribe jumped on the bandwagon and used it as a branding statement.

Any revolutionary feeling around then only occured because the feds had locked off a lot of legal events and stopped all the good pills getting in around 1993 or so but in reality that “revolution” was again about being left alone to cane as much drugs as possible rather than actual genuine community or environmentally aware stuff. Most of my mates from that time either dropped back into society or got on the brown 😥

oh its all very clever to hand wash the big king size duvet in the bath because the misses split orange vodka on it. Wont go in the machine so there’s me thinking I have found the answer. All goes well untill you try and work out how to dry the sodding thing. A king size duvet appears to hold approximately 1 load of bath water. grrrrrr

@1984 – Do they still have laundrettes where you live? these often have giant tumble dryers.
