Loss of the normal lumbar lordosis.
(A loss of the normal lower back spinal curvature – instead of the normal and necessary inward curve, My spine is straight(er).)

L5-S1; disc dehydration (Degenerative Disc Disease). Large paracentral to the right disc herniation (My disc is sticking out the right hand side of my spine) which is seen to cause moderate impingement upon the traversing nerve root of S1 within the right lateral recess (The disc is trapping the nerve that goes down my right leg).
