incidentally in the business the music videos are financed as a advance on record sales, so if it doesn’t sell or enough people pirate the track the label and the artist lose fuckloads of money and the artist is dropped…

ive been getting progressively worse shin splint through the week on my right leg, and this morning it just went and hurt so much … was walking like a cripple along one of the busiest roads in felixstowe at peak time with loads of midgets around me

it better be fixed for monday, otherwise its a 1 legged 52 mile cycle ride, perhaps into moderate headwinds.

ouch! although I am certainly no slob, I cycle/walk everywhere and do a lot of physical work as well as computer stuff, I have always maintained that too much gym/PT is bad for you, everyone I know what does heavy sports/training always seems to injure themselves spectactularly..
