have u tried exercise for sleep? also i used to use valerian root and 5-HTP combined, both sleep aids and good for you.

Its not affecting my work too much, well I am not working at my normal pace but I work with some really slow people so its not standing out at the mo. but I am still thinking of popping to see my GP anyway, would like to try and sort it out before it does affect my work too badly..
