Just got called back and because I hadn’t gone past my limit since I have had my connection with them and that it was showing me using bandwidth whilst my router was off they have reset my bandwidth usage for the month and have cancelled all the charges.

Going to continue to turn off my router when not in use and check my bandwidth usage on a daily basis until I am 100% certain that it has been resolved!!

sounds really weriod I take it theres no one else in the house that could be using it? Least it seems like the customer service department are good

Nah I live in a small flat on my own, apparently the only way it could be done would be if someone had got my username and password for my connection. But then they would still need to have their phone line linked to the ISP network, I asked but they cannot track the phone line the connections were made through.

Yeah their customer service is spot on when your not on hold :laugh_at: Usually takes ages to get through to someone but they do get stuff sorted

Nah I live in a small flat on my own, apparently the only way it could be done would be if someone had got my username and password for my connection. But then they would still need to have their phone line linked to the ISP network, I asked but they cannot track the phone line the connections were made through.

Yeah their customer service is spot on when your not on hold :laugh_at: Usually takes ages to get through to someone but they do get stuff sorted

I disabled my wifi as my router is so close to the PC I just run a wire across..

Everything is rubbish at the moment didn’t leave the house all last week didn’t leave it at the weekend and wont be leaving it over the week. Have no money until the 2nd coming Wednesday. Felt so miserable I went to bed at 6pm woke up at 9 and now will be up all ruddy night with nothing to do.

Cant stop reading about my old best mate from school who is now at Oxford doing very well, which, while I am over the moon for him, makes me feel even more like my life is some kind of running joke.

My memory seems to be really messed up and I cant work out of that’s because of the 7 years of daily pot, the large binges of K and other rugs over the past 2 years or my medication.

I could go on, but I cant be bothered. Stupid world.
