fuckin youth of today think that going round a mates house and listening to some shit r&b is a ‘rave’
the children must be educated..
its worse than that, this started about 10 years ago – the hijacking of the term “rave” by fans of “urban” music (grime, garage, rnb) means first the Met and now even our local constabularies increasingly consider all “rave” events to have links with gang culture, stabbings and shootings…:you_crazy

October 23, 2009 at 4:36 pm #1131237I just remembered i wanted to have a rant about something.
That fucking tinchy stryder taking a perfectly good tune “You’re Not Alone” and fucking it right up.
It’s like taking the Mona Lisa down off it’s racking and doing a big smelly shit on it.
He’s ruined a classic and if he does it with any more trance tunes i’m going to find him and shit in his pillow case.
I only rant cos i have heard this tune 6 times on Radio 1 today
Bastard.

its because of that culture why its near fucking impossible to get a electronic dance music event licensed in some areas..
I’ve got somewhere the whole official report on a nightclub in Luton where rudeboys let off a CS gas canister into the dancefloor at garage/RnB night and its effects on the local NHS – basically it caused a major alert state and was classed as a CBRN attack (like terrorism) instead of normal crime.
The Police judge all dance music events by incidents like this, and if they let them go ahead its only after the promoters have had to deploy loads more security, CCTV and searches, and you the punter pay for all of it and end up being herded/nannied..

October 23, 2009 at 4:50 pm #1131238Two of my mates got stabbed (not severely though) at a Garage night in Luton. all because they wouldn’t give this little rude boy cunt a cigarette. Although karma got the perp back though, he had a bottle smashed over his head and was beaten up quite badly.
Fucking well deserved that one imo.

except once again its our NHS resources and taxpayers what have to be used to patch up these little idiots as well as innocent victims…
every incident of violence now goes as a black mark against the venue or the region – to be fair the NHS were fairly politically correct and didn’t go around dobbing venues into the licensing committees but they are starting to say “enoughs enough” in some regions, especially where the night time economy creates a lot of incidents such as this..
here’s a bit of inside info, one popular dance music festival in SE England caused a massive influx of patients at the local Emergency Department – everything from victims of violence (both punters and security) to three babies suffering dehydration as their parents had left them in their tent whilst they partied

Yeah man was a bit crazy, it was a few years ago though back when garage was in. What didn’t help matters is both of em were boshed up on pingers at the time.
That would seriously fuck with my brain if it happened to me.
