Hey guys, I’ve been thinking this site needs a rant thread. Somewhere where you can bitch and moan about anything (Within reason) that gets on your wick, We’ll call it internet therapy :love:

I’ll start,

The thing that gets right on my nerves is late mail, As you’ve seen from my other posts I fucking hate Royal mail! They really are useless cunts! They moan and moan and moan about being paid more while being shit at their jobs then they have the cheek to go on strike!!! And while on strike they moan some more, The bosses relent and give them a slight payrise but does this bring an increase in service? does it fuck they’re even shitter! It’s not too much to ask is it that i want my mail on time, unopened and in good condition but no they insist on being absolute cunts and fucking around with it. Royal Mail can go fuck themsleves!!!

I actually feel a bit better now! Someone else have a go!

Royal Mail are proper shit. Stuff doesn’t turn up or it turns up very late. Plus I’m usually not in when they deliver and I have to try and make it down to the sorting office on a saturday morning 9pm – 12 noon, to stand in a HUGE cue and then get treated like some sort of c**t when they look for 30seconds and come back empty handed. They treat me as if it’s somehow my fault.

It wouldn’t be so bad if most places gave you an option to choose which delivery company you want to use but many force you to use royal mail.

When they had morning and afternoon delivery it was sweet because I used to be in for the early morning post. Also the opening times of the sorting office have reduced so I now can’t pick stuff up after 5pm as I’m at work and they have shut.

In the defence of the majority of posties it’s not their fault that Royal Mail is crap, it’s the management of David Burden and the likes…. although I think he has managed to save a lot of money.

also .. what i fucking h8 .. is banks … fucking bunch of bankers … charging me £60 for not paing a £13 direct debit .. puting me in the – ..then charging me £20 quid for unauthorised overdraugt fee ..puting me back into the – after getting out of it .. so they fucking charge me another £20 … thats fucking £100 i have paid for a fucking direct debit of £13 … :mad_curse

It’s class isn’t it. I used to get that a lot. Now I make sure I stay away from my limit.

i try my best .. but the banks have other ideas .. :laugh_at: ..also i don’t got that much monnies spare to keep in my bank you know ..:yawn:

having worked for royal mail, i can see why many of the staff seemed pissed off all the time and if you knew why they were going on strike, i think you would support them too: imagine getting to work and it not being a very busy day so your employer laid half of you off that day… and that could happen on any day and as often as your employer chose

Where I live the postmen have a habit of opening mail, If it looks like a birthday card you can garuntee it will have been opened to check if theres any money in it.

I have had so many cards sent over the years (my family is in Brighton) and had £20 notes taken out of them!

I used to work for RM too i ain’t got a major problem with posties, it’s all the fucking targets and bullshit that pisses me off. I think someone seriously needs to kick RM up the arse and sort em out!:crazy_diz

Cunttish ain’t it! Usually tho it’s the causal workers that do the thieving, at least when i worked for em anyway! Once i found an envelope with a fair bit of money in it but i handed it straight to my line manager. good thing as well cos RM has it’s own internal OB and they had planted it there and were watching the area it was on! Bit suspect tho cos it was an unmarked envelope!:you_crazy

I had a similar thing bout 2 years ago, made a check on sunday wit no money in my acount for £14 (for a munchies pizza lol) thinkin they wont cash it till 2moro anyway, 1st thing in the morning put £20 in the acount then week later the pizza place wings up sayin it bounced so went n gave them another £20 to cover it, bank then wrote to me month later sayin id been charged the money plus £20 bounce fee plus £20 unautharised overdraft fee & every month from then the charge doubled till it went to about £500!! bloody expensive pizza! did refuse to pay it though n after a few angry letters they took the fees away
