Anyone off to this? Should be good, not been to one before. Ive been looking for a good night for my Bday which is the 30th, so this not being far off, looks Ideal. Loads of oldskool which will be fuckin banging.
No line up yet, so hope they aint got fuck loads of MCs :-/

August 12, 2008 at 6:41 pm #1177551been to a couple in previous years, always banging nights! pretty sick with the after party aswell, means you can avit till bout 1pm i think it is!!
always so much to choose from, the old skool being there main focus, always wicked line up. they put so much effort into the nights, its like a mini festival underground! dnb was good when i went, mc’s, but not gobshite pricks that don’t allow you to hear tha tunes! enjoy!

August 12, 2008 at 10:15 pm #1177563My aunti from londons been telling me i need to get to one of the raindance nights, and is me and my bro have been saying we’d visit her for like the past 3 years without actually doing so, then this might be the time to do it.so yeh dom, I’ll let you know nearer the time whether im going or not, need to talk to my bro n auntie first.money is going to be the only restricting factor here as we’ve both partied and still are partying pretty hard this summer and as a result we are both running short on cash.
hopefully il be able to go though

August 22, 2008 at 8:43 pm #1177562I used to go to Raindance a lot especially back in the days of the Drome. My husband even asked me to marry him on the hardcore stage at a Raindance birthday party.
However over the last few years I think they’ve become a bit money grabbing, squeezing too many rooms into the space in SEOne and butchering their music policy for the masses (I’ve been known to stomp like a good’un to hard house but it has no place at Raindance imo) plus the crowd there makes me feel very very old nowadays.
