ive decided i need to teach you all about trance before i give it up end of this month, now, i have the internet connection, the decks … all i need to no is can i use a mixer which doesnt have the lights running up each channel? if not i can do it, if so … then not … the radio guys, can it happen?

you can use any mixer .. if you can mix on it .. it’s fine

September 10, 2008 at 5:47 pm #1178822the music equipment i use used to all belong to me, when i hit the k hard i sold it so although i dj with the guy who owns it it unfortunately has to stay to stay with him. ill still listen to it, that wouldnt stop but with no money to re-kit i guess its the only option …

thats rubbish mate, its also a reason why i havent got any decks at the moment.. lesson learnt as well.:annoyed:

im thinking about buying some really cheap vinyl decks and starting up a techno vinyl collection with my brother when we move in together. the psy scene is sh*t and im sick of having to sift through bazzilions of gigs of music to find a few gems … this is another reason why im giving it up … because the psy scene is turd.
i love the music but the producers behind these tunes need to stop bashing ’em out for the money … perfect examples being infected mushroom :yakk:, 1200 mics :yakk::yakk:, Astrix :yakk:, xerox and illumination :yakk::yakk: eat static :yakk::yakk::yakk::yakk::yakk::yakk::yakk::yakk:

On a different topic i think some people can have problems with k where as other people can maintain a sort of healthy lifestyle and still take it. i got to the point where i was doing it during the week about a year ago, but stopped that cause it was costing me too much money i then went through the phase of staying in at the weekend on me own and battering an 8th to me self stopped doin that cause i was being really antisocial and there was no point in even doing it cause my tolerance got up so high, now i just enjoy a bit of a wobble at the weekends, maybe just a few g’s between mates if were out only do tiny lines now compared to what i did do. I do batter it at festies, but im gonna chill out on that till next summer now. Ive never had any physical problems from it yet either, not sure if that a good or bad sign…
September 15, 2008 at 2:52 pm #1178824ive seen eat static about 5 times, they just seem to be losing the edge … same style and to me they put nothing into their performance anymore … plus … their studio work is getting to very much the same point as all of the old great psy acts, as mentioned above 1200 mics etc i recently downloaded juno reactors new album … again … toss
eat static at waveform were again sub standard …
well done for kickin the k down aswell mate raaa
