Agency), Also been able to get final buyers entitles
us also to a US$1.00 discount from the discount given
to the end buyer as “Mandates”. Since we are going to
be lifting 2 Million barrels per month from the block,
US$2.00 discount from local petroleum agency sums up
to US$4 Million per month. And US$1.00 Discount from
the end buyer comes to US$2 Million per month. This
totals to US$6 Million gross coming to our group
monthly.

Based on equity sharing ratio, we shall be netting in
a cool US$3 Million each monthly.
I do hope you understand the share rate here. I shall facilitate the
lifting of the crude oil
then also I shall facilitate the sell to ready buyers, The National
Petroleum Agency (NPA) receive their share of the sales.
then we only
receive the discounts and that
is what I shall share with you. The total discount we
shall make in
this project up until the end of the project which
elaspes in May 2007 is 3Million dollars X 7 months which
is 21
million dollars.
In this case we shall split at 60:40 Ratio as stated in
the proposal
I sent to you.

Our proceeds can be directed to your company account
while I will have to travel to your country each month to
take my share of the proceeds. This will save us the
cost of opening up a non-resident bank account in any
country of our choice.

As I said in my proposal to you, I will facilitate all
lifting procedures available since am working with the
agency.

Be informed that I have already buyers from Spain ,
China , Brazil and South Africa who are prepared to
pay cash for our products. This will be done on a
