The best PsyTrance I heard was at a warehouse party in Rotterdam last year for valentines. Absolutely awesome performance although admittedly as the night progressed it turned darker n darker ending with proper hardcore… still – superb at the time :bounce_fl:bounce_fl

Honestly, that’s actually a load of rubbish. The psytrance I listen to is fucking CHUNKY and is essentially devoid of build-ups. There are loads of different sub-genres to explore; not all of it is the same. Here’s an example of the sort of shit I’m into:
