Yeh me too – we got 4 cats n two dogs, and apart from one cat, none of them ‘go’ with any furniture, carpets, walls etc (really should have had this in mind when we got the pets lol!) so the pictures always seem a bit dull, with not much detail, especially the dogs, all you get is a dog-shaped dark brown blob! Will have to get them all assembled in the garden next bright sunny day! Will put some piccies of cats up, probably tomorrow.
BTW . . . . I love this thread, loadsa piccies of our pets yay!August 16, 2006 at 11:25 am #1085912Wow bioTech, i think you have a ‘hitler cat’ i love the moustache :

Seems to be somthing to do with Women and small or Fluffy creatures (No offense meant) We always seem to be taking in strays injured or unwanted Animals,I actually grow to love most of them (The flock of Magpies we once had were Hilarious) But the Snails? Yeeeuch!

August 16, 2006 at 12:22 pm #1085903GoodDoG wrote:Thanks! Theres another four somwhere but they were all rescues and are still quite shy and hard to photograph.Solomon came from a shelter. He had been run over and nobody had claimed him so we took him on. Don’t know his past but he has lived here for 8 years and is still very timid and afraid of most people (including us)
Dave used to come in to our house and steal food. I chased him out a couple of times but then realised he was filthy and must have been a stray. Gave him some biscuits one night and he was so happy for the affection it was unreal. Did the same the next night and then decided we really couldn’t let him stay out (it was winter) and he has been with us ever since. He definately isn’t timid but oddly enough he gets very scared if you pick up anything that looks like something you could swing (pole, bat etc) so I don’t know what his past is but I shudder to think.
I wish they could talk as I’d love to know about their past.
