April 23, 2008 at 12:15 pm #1161177I think a lot of these geriatric gary boys are changing the restrictor settings on their scooters. I expect its easy enough to do if you can get the circuit diagrams/info online..
I once passed this old boy on my bicycle and he was easily doing 15mph, (I had to actually put some effort into overtaking him..) the LCD speed display on my bike is calibrated against a GPS so I know my speed is accurate..
the only bobbies who would have been able to catch someone on a pimped mobility scooter would be a cycle unit, and not all of them are trained in pursuits or have the flashier bikes with lights and sirens…

I can honestly say I would have stopped (tried at least) and tryed to get his scooter in the boot lol.

he was on a duel carrigway on his scooter, hes gone, his brain has stopped working , attach his scooter to the back of his car and take him to billog that way
