That is a great intro, but Deez is right, it’s a novelty the first time, after that you’d just skip and not watch it again

Great packaging might get peeps through the door, but it’s the content thats keeps them coming back

The suggestion was rhetorical for obvious reasons but it could perhaps have a quick 5 second intro where a geese swoops down to the centre of the screen baring a faberge egg which cracks open then hatches the partypiveradio logo ?

Interesting video project, but a lot effort for something that would get ignored after the initial play, as Mezz says music content is paramount (after all it is for a radio station, not television). And the station appears to have a standard MOR/adult contemporary format, at least thats the impression the rest of the website gives, as the audio streaming was kapot!

Plus take away the naughty picture shock value and anyone over a certain age will recognise the concept as nicked from a similar concept used in an commercial TV advert for engine oil!

I’m going to make this video for PV whether you like it or not. The only difference will be I’m replacing the naked lady with a naked loggy, and the vinyls with goose eggs.

I’ve just been to slamfm.nl (wanted to listen to Sander Van Doorn but forgot CET offset and missed it, but Nicky Romero was on for a bit). Had to sit through 30s of advert for Dutch equivalent of CPC, selling a laptop for €399 (and they too get Win8 forced on them), also a miele hoover for €139. Ik wil dat wél niet!)
