Icecast (our streaming server software) has a nifty feature where it can fallback to playing the mp3 loop without cutting off the listener. This is great if you wanted to stream from multiple locations in an evening, you wont have to worry about loosing listeners while the new DJ connects from somewhere else (A big problem with our old server/software). Although its much more fun to get together for a stream…

I will have to tweak it like i have the level-1 loop so let me know in advance.

Looking forward to this im sure it will be a good session, see how many listeners you can get in. Partyvibe is more often than not serving more listeners than level-1 so it should be a goodun. I can save the whole nights stream on the server for those unable to tune in live.

Sounds wicked. If a little scary.

Odd. I’ve played in front of hundreds of people plenty of times, but playing on the internet from my studio fills me with dread for some reason.

Hmm, studio. That sounded a bit fancy didn’t it. It’s just a room with decks and records actually. Deck room just doesn’t have the same ring to it though.
