Without going into a full on rant here…. it really pisses me off when people think something is wrong with me because I have decided that I don’t want to have children (am 38 years old)
I get pity and funny looks. People can’t understand why.
I just never had the urge. I never had the overwhelming feeling that I really wanted a child.
And I guess I never accidentally got knocked up.
In fact, it is me who feels sorry for the stressed and harassed parents who are trying to manage screaming and kicking children when out and about while thanking god that thank fuck that isn’t me.
