the UK is very different to NL, we do not have any “gedoogbeleid” so even legal techno parties can be hard to find. apparently in Loughborough there is a place called “Bar Europa” which has had some techno parties but I have not seen any advertised since 2010.

but I found this. And the blogger shares some mixes to “help people with their exam revision”. Now why would you need to do that, unless you too were also at college or university?

so perhaps you might be able to contact whoever writes the blog, and they could be closer to where you are than you realise.
