Yeah you do have to wait a while before you can start the complaints procedure, then even more time to get your money back (if they will give you it)….

I imagine that royal mail are a bit swamped atm cos of the holidays and the fact that they are shit!! I used to work for Royal mail a few years back and RM’s attitude to customers is shocking they really do not give a damn!!
I just want my vinyl i got a proper bargain and theres some manic stomping tunes in there as well!!raaa

only just got some postcards i bought on the 23rd they were posted from Northern Ireland though. Your records will be posted Standard Parcel rate so that usualy takes longer.
