it appears to be a “euro-dubstep” bootleg of the “horn song” (a jungle track from the 1990s) which apparently is a sample from some horror film or computer game called the “Reaper”.
Because of this, whoever made it doesn’t share the full version or they get trouble from copyright authorities, but it appears to be doing the rounds of dubstep fans in RO and nearby countries. I believe you are in Romania; so maybe your friends might be able to help you track it down; the only other place I could think to look is on a Polish forum but for me both Romanian and Polish are difficult languages; as they retain all the complex bits from Latin (even more so than German, which must be an comparatively easy language for Romanian speakers!).
