Well they have a function to be played backwards by choise … if not maintained then dirt gets in the electrics or the button or someshit and they’ll change direction on there own. but this normaly only happens after several years of not looking after them. (Alltho it has been known to happen in one or two famous DJ’s live sets lol! – I’d not be able to remeber who tho.)

You’d probably be better of going for a pair of vestax like the ones i currently have if you choose vestax

(I paid £200 the pair second hand off a mate and they’ve lasted me 1.5 years allready with not one problem and they were allready several years old when i got them! – other then me falling off my windowcil onto them and slightly bending one tonearm 😥 but that’s hardly thier fault lol … and they’ve gone forwards the whole time!!!) :laugh_at:

Don’t get vestax mixers as alltho they are decent they break easy (In my experiance anyway) Stanton do quite nice mixers (or used to last time i checked a few years ago)
