Hmm… did you know that if you grow magic mushrooms and put things like DiPT & other tryptamines in the substrate the mushrooms do chemical processes to the DiPT and then you have magic mushrooms with different chemicals in them instead of psilacybin….. might work with weed, but i doubt it.

I did it with a bartender and a poet (lol), in a flat above a pub.

Apparently it was too strong to snort it, so the guy rolled it up in rizzlers =D

Then we took it like a pill, with some beer to wash it down. I feel honoured to have had this awesome experience at 17 years of age.

the effect i get is awake and friendly and that is it

i can’t understand how people compare any of these to MDMA… which gives me massive body rushes, lets me work through any mental or emotional turmoil with friends and loved ones, makes me feel like i’ve passed from the physical plane into a dimension of pure love and the next day leaves me feeling warm, close to people and very very happy…

whereas the megadromes make me feel like i have enough energy to sit around all night and then feel shit the next day…. am i allergic or is everyone overhyping a cheap speed because they have no integrity about what they consume?

thats exactly what I get but when I do/did MDMA (right back from 1991) I only got that “pure love” kind of feeling a few times in the early 90s and any euphoria I have got it had only been temporary then its back to normal, and it was replaced by some really fucking bad mood swings and paranoia…

at one point TBH I found the comedown from MDMA (including good stuff) to be worse than with amfet…

as I’ve said a fair few times though because of the way the rave scene has gone in SE and Eastern england and due to being a former squat party organiser (as well as getting older / more mature) I tended to increasingly fight the euphoria of stuff like MDMA anyway.

Bear in mind most of the raves I was attending were increasingly full of sketchy ket heads and there was and still is some proper dark stuff going on on the sidelines, so I wanted my drugs to make me face up to things and deal with them rather than blot them out with false happiness. A bit of edginess and the “thousand yard stare” that speed produces can be a good survival tactic (particularly when you aren’t a big bloke)..

I thnk people do have different reactions to the amfetamine type stimulants (such as many of my friends cannot touch amfetamine and says it half poisons them) but I actually prefer the new stuff – it was certainly cleaner than all the amfet I was doing back in Reading..

I have allways thought of mephe as somewhere inbetween speed and mdma .. not as euphoric as mdma ..not as rushy ..but more euphoric and rushy than speed …. it also depends on setting .. as sitting at home i find after a few hours on it i just get more wired by doing more …. but if i am out dancing it really ecsentuates the uplifting side of the buzz … allso there’s so much shit mdma going about at the moment … i wonder if people can even remeber what a decent mdma buzz is like :laugh_at: … and some of the younger lot may not even of had good good mdma like it should be and may be comparing mephedrone with pipz or something of the likes unaware.
