Imo it’s a Marmite thing. you either love it or hate it. You had bad experiences on it though didn’t you?

Ah, i must admit some of the side effects on pingers can be a bit ‘Oribble, like the inability to drink alot cos of the shrunken stomach factor.
This is why i much preferred mandy. Much better substance.

September 7, 2009 at 4:56 pm #1184667there’s a rule about selling drugs on partyvibe, also i doubt anyone will tell you a source as this site probably gets a lot of attention :S
September 7, 2009 at 6:19 pm #1184866just google, its not too hard……
i really wanna start selling meph tbh, we can sell for like 20 quid a g up here lol. id probably end up taking what i bought online though, its so fucking moreish. i struggle to keep it under control sometimes.
September 7, 2009 at 6:51 pm #1184668haha i’m with you man, plus it’s so easy and good to redose with just a little more each time ;P
September 7, 2009 at 7:12 pm #1184367I was reading on BL somewhere that some people in Scotland got a knock on the door from the old bill, for purchasing mephedrone on-line. They was asking questions on it etc, and trying to do the vendor.
September 7, 2009 at 7:28 pm #1184181Thats a bit harsh. You cant start prosecuting people who sell legal things! But then the scots are really up for it to be banned aren’t they?
September 7, 2009 at 7:59 pm #1181821if the authorities can prove the substance is being sold as a medicine/illegal drug max penalty is a £25 000 fine and a two year sentence under the Medicines Act. Its pretty fucking obvious TBH this stuff is not being used as “plant food”, especially when there are massive threads on nearly every party and drugs forum about it.
Although its not technically illegal to posess mephedrone or even to take it I think it may come up as an amfetamine type substance on any current drugs tests and at smaller levels its often more prudent to take a caution for class B than to argue your point in Court.
For one thing your name and address will go in the local press thanks to the crime reporters, and your defence team would normally be expected to hire a scientist at your own expense to prove the substance is not dexamfetamine..
TBH I expect it will be made class B eventually…
September 7, 2009 at 8:05 pm #1184182i dont see why people latched onto the plant food thing…. does a product have to have a purpose… just say ‘Not for human consumption’ and there you go. If someone does eat it, its not your fault is it.
September 7, 2009 at 8:08 pm #1184369I suppose the more covering your arse the better, specially when you are selling it. The crazy thing is though the person who got visited from the police was just a customer. The police got the details from the vendor, not his choice I don’t think. It was a well known vendor we all probably know. That has just closed down.

There are various health and safety laws about selling and storing laboratory chemicals and dealers of these can also be subject to inspection by various authorities. Bear in mind there is even more paranoia over selling “chemicals” due to the terrorism scares.
Recently a 30-something Welsh/Irish dude in Norfolk had his entire house turned over by EOD (explosives disposal) and Metpol Special Branch as well as the local bobbies because he had been ordering chemicals online for his home science experiments – all he was doing was looking at stuff under microscopes but because he had Irish ancestry, had suffered mental health issues in the past and had ordered chemicals on a watched list he got quizzed big time..
there are also Victorian era laws about selling “poison” which can be used to at least justify searches if not actually bust people.
September 7, 2009 at 8:19 pm #1184184Fair enough. All good to know. Stuff to think about.
